Retention Policy

Freshman students of the BS Biology Program are expected to pass their foundation courses, i.e. Botany 10 and Zoology 10. If a student fails in any of these courses for the first time he/she will be given a warning. If a student re-enrolls in his/her second year (first semester), and fails for the second time he/she will be on PROBATION. If he/she fails for the third time (second year, second semester) then the student will be disqualified from the BS Biology Program.
