Major infrastracture development has accompanied UP Baguio's growth in recent years.
The oldest structure on campus has given way to a reconstructed two-story Administration building housing offices, classrooms, computer laboratories, and multi-purpose hall. A new building for Physical Education activities was also built to house classrooms, an indoor court and spaces for indoor sports and weights room.
The biggest structure is the Library that has undergone expansion, and library modernization and now has a more aggressive acquisition program.
A three story Management Building has been completed. Likewise the Clinic and Guidance Counseling office are now housed at a separate structure whose construction was funded by a CDF donation by Cong. Mauricio Domogan, is due for construction. UP Baguio also has a Galerya Kordilyera for exhibits and an envisioned museum.
The Cordillera Research Center and College of Social Sciences Complex is a three-storey building located at the area of the old University of the Philippines Baguio High School (UPCBHS) along Governor Pack Road. Beside it is the College of Arts and Communication.
Besides two canteens, UPB has a dormitory for female students and walk-up apartments for faculty, staff, students and guests.
Currently under construction is a Student/Alumni Center.
