The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is committed to ensuring and improving the provision of student services. It supervises the programs and activities implemented by the Office of Scholarship and Financial Assistance (OSFA), Office of Counseling and Guidance (OCG), Health Service Office (HSO), Student Relations Office (SRO), and UP Baguio Residence Hall (UP-BREHA). A Director heads the OSA and reports to the Chancellor. The Director also chairs the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) committee, the UP Baguio Committee on Scholarship and Financial Assistance (BCSFA), and the Office of Auxiliary Services (OAS).
