The Systems and Network Office (SNO) is charged with overseeing UP Baguio’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure. The primary responsibilities of the office and its personnel are: 1) Network Operations, 2) Computer Equipment Maintenance and 3) General ICT Helpdesk and Technical Support. The SNO also operates and maintains the UPB Learning Management System as well as the SNO YouTube and Facebook channels.
